Participation of Companies/Institutions/Organizations and Sponsors

There are a number of options for companies, institutions and organizations to participate in SustEng 2022 Conference. They may opt to attend the conference as participants, exhibitors or sponsors. The privileges and the relative fees for companies may be found below:

Conference attendance: Early bird/normal/late 500/650/800€

• Full registration of up to two persons

Banner stand 800€

• Space for one banner stand 1m x 2.2m

• Company logo with link in conference website

Silver Sponsor 1200€

• Full registration of up to two persons

• Space for one banner stand 1m x 2.2m and extra space to be used as exhibition area

• Company logo with link in conference website

Gold Sponsor 2000€

• Full registration of up to two persons

• Space for one banner stand 1m x 2.2m and extra space to be used as exhibition area

• Company logo with link in conference website

• Company logo on projectors /screens during the conference, as Gold Sponsor

• Company logo in conference printed materials, as Gold Sponsor

Platinum Sponsor 5000€

• Full registration of up to three persons

• Space for two banner stands 1m x 2.2m (each) and extra space to be used as exhibition area

• Company logo with link in conference website

• Company logo on projectors/screens during the conference, as Platinum Sponsor

• Company logo in conference printed materials, as Platinum Sponsor

• Special reference during the opening and closing sessions of the conference, as Platinum Sponsor

• All prices are subject to VAT (24%), except for simple conference attendance.
